About Me
Back in 2011, we were living in our 100 year old house on Bowen Island with our first baby, no money, and not a clue about adult life in general. I felt a bit lost and needed a creative outlet. I was lucky enough to learn metal smithing in high school and I knew I wanted to get back to it. I started with some basic tools, one set of metal stamps, and a need to create something with my hands. It wasn’t until I shared my pieces with friends that the idea of a business began to take shape. I started doing events, connecting with customers, and creating jewelry that helped people share their stories through personalized hand-stamped pieces.
I still use many of the same tools today but my studio has grown substantially from a small corner of my kitchen. Storytelling continues to be at the core of my process, but my jewelry has evolved with me. I’ve lived a full life. I’ve experienced the highest highs and the lowest of lows. I’ve set goals and achieved them and I’ve learned from my failures and disappointments. Above all, I’m still learning and I approach life with a willingness to be open to change. I deserve jewelry that feels good and won’t get in the way of my life. So do you.
I am here to make jewelry that you reach for every day. Each piece is made to order and lovingly handcrafted from start to finish in my home studio in Chilliwack, British Columbia. I believe that quality jewelry should also be accessible. We all deserve to wear beautiful and enduring pieces.
Whether it is a personalized piece or something from the ready-to-wear collection, I can't wait to make you something you will love.
